The St Catharines Advanced Office Solutions Inc. Bantam # 1 Athletics went 6-0 at the 2nd Provincial “A” Qualifier Weekend in Whitby bringing them to an impressive 13-0 record for the two combined weekends. The A’s came out of the 1st Provincial “A” Qualifier Weekend with a 7-0 record. The A’s now advanced to the OLA Final Six “A” provincials being held in Guelph Ontario.
The A’s defeated Whitby Warriors 9-2, Guelph Regals 6-5, Clarington Gaels 8-2, Orangeville Northmen 7-5, Halton Hills Bulldogs 6-3 and Brampton Excelsior’s 8-1.
Goal Scorers for the A’s were Rylee St. Onge and Carter Zavitz with 7, Colin Munro and Alex Simmons with 6, Kyler Kilgour with 4, Conner Hendsbee and Owen Friesen with 3, Ryan Schmidt, Bailey Fournier-Higgins and Danial Singer with 2, Latrell Harris and Jacob Rondeau with one.
Nick Damude and Zack Moore played well in net with a combined goals against of only 29 in 13 games.
